The AI Strategy Canvas

I created this canvas to help product teams and leaders see—at a glance—the critical pieces of any AI initiative: business impact, data, ethics, cloud architecture, model development, MLOps, organization, metrics, and governance. It’s a shared map where technology, product, and compliance align, making it easier to prioritize, decide, and coordinate across functions.

How to use it:

• Kick off an AI strategy workshop and structure the conversation around the nine blocks.
• Assess the maturity of an existing AI project and spot gaps.
• Communicate requirements and trade‑offs clearly to executives and stakeholders.
