Summary:
It is not surprising that digital technology will continue impacting most organizations in 2018. Several trends presented in the report is connected to the intelligent digital technology, such as, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and Block chains. Intelligent application and services will transform business models and will require new thinking in process and user management. Gartner estimates that by 2020, there will be 21 billion connected sensors and this will create opportunities in sectors such as health care, city planning and process and operations planning.
